Returns
If you’re not satisfied, return items in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment for the item price only (shipping and handling not included).
- Allow up to two billing cycles from the day you ship your return for processing.
- Shipping and handling are refunded only if the item is defective or if the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.
Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on exchanges for a different size or style.
- Exchanges depend on inventory. If unavailable, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment.
- To request an exchange, include written instructions specifying the new product you want.

Conditions and Requirements
- Condition of returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
- Proof of purchase: Receipt or order number required for all returns/exchanges.
- Wrong/defective items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll cover return shipping if confirmed.
- Order changes/cancellations: Contact us within 30 minutes of purchase during business hours; shipped orders can’t be changed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless there is an extenuating circumstance where the item is damaged due to our fault, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized jerseys
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Drinkware, not returnable unless defective
“Final Sale” and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange except for our error or a confirmed defect.
