Return Policy

If you are not satisfied, return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase. We will exchange the item or issue a refund/credit for the item price to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

  • Processing time: Allow up to two billing cycles from the day you ship your return for the exchange or credit to appear.
  • Our error/defects: Shipping and handling costs will be refunded if the item is defective or if the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on exchanges for a different size or style.

Canada: Shipped via UPS Standard or Postal Service. Customers are responsible for sales tax, duty, customs charges, and shipping/handling fees. Import duty and taxes are not included in product or shipping prices and are due at delivery. Allow up to 21 business days for delivery.

  • Postal Service (Canada):
    • Order total $0.00–$100.00: $19.99 shipping
    • Order total $100.00 and up: $24.99 shipping

Other Countries: Shipped via Postal Service at a $29.99 flat rate. Allow 2–4 weeks for delivery.
